Meet the staff
At Jen's, we are experienced staff, who love working with animals. Each member brings their own special skill set into our salon to make a difference for the animals and clients we work with. Below is some information about our staff.
Jennifer Bullick Owner/Groomer
Working with animals has always been Jen's passion, offering over 20 years of animal handling experience.
For 12 years Jen had been a Veterinary Technician. During 2017 she started grooming on a professional level and decided to start offering grooming services at her house. During spring 2022 she started grooming full time.
Jen's animal career started when she was a teenager, getting her first job at the spca. She has worked in doggy day cares, training facilities, boarding facilities and even ran her own rescue for 5 years. One of Jen's favorite things to do was to rescue or help neglected dogs and give them grooming make overs so they could be adopted. Often she would volunteer at shelters, which was where she first learned how to groom.
While working with rescue animals, Jen has grown fond of animal behavior. Especially for shy and fearful animals. This has helped her to be able handle different types of animal behaviors.
Cristine Robes Owner/Office Manager
Cris began her career in Computer systems in 1980 giving her an extensive background in systems and customer support. She holds an associate degree in arts for hospitality and small business. She was recently a part time receptionist for Foxfield Veterinary Services for over 5 years. An advocate of Pet Rescues and adoptions, she is currently a pet mom to 3 rescues.
As a firm believer that hygiene is an important part of a pet’s overall health, she is thrilled to be a part of Jen’s Grooming.
When she’s not working, she enjoys time spent with her husband and friends, whether gaming, swimming, reading, or rocking out at concerts- it’s all good!
Jeffery Jones Owner
Jeff is our computer guru heading up the financial and legal side of our business.
He is a strong supporter of Animal Rescues and adoptions. He’s fostered and adopted numerous pets over the years.
Jeff is always up to meeting new pets - you can find him having fun playing Pet Santa for local Rescues around Christmas.
When he’s not tied to his phone or a computer, Jeff likes to read, game, learn new things, and socialize with both friends and the “soon to be”.
Jennifer Holmes Groomer
Jen has over 20 years of grooming experience. She started her career at Pet Smart in 2004. She has worked at several grooming salons since.
Jen loves working with rescue animals, and has helped the spca and other rescues through the years.
When Jen is not working, she enjoys reading murder mysteries and spending time with her boyfriend and her animals.
Kristy Nolin Groomer
With over 20 years of experience, Kristy has been grooming dogs since she graduated from high school. Starting as a bather, she began her grooming journey with terriers, and has a particular fondness for westies and anxious dogs, especially those who are nervous for nail trims. She also loves to groom shih tzus, lhasa apsos and pomeranians, having a senior pom of her own named Olivia. She owns two short-haired cats as well, Sawyer and Chandler; the latter being one of Jen Bullick's foster kittens.
Gabby Donato Groomer
Gabby has been in the grooming field since 2007, starting her career at PetSmart where she worked with a wide variety of dogs. She is most fond of large dogs such as newfoundlands and great pyrenees, and has a huge soft spot for those with thick coats like huskies. She has had many dogs in her life, but currently has a short haired cat named Lux.
