Frequently Asked Questions

We understand that things come up and appointments may need to be cancelled. We ask that you give us at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.

Typically we recommend you bring your pet to us every 6-8 weeks to be groomed.  Speak to one of our groomers to make a plan for your pets grooming needs. 

Yes, we require proof of up to date Rabies vaccination on all pets that come to our salon.  We highly recommend Dhpp and bordatella vaccines but do not require them at this time. 

Due to safety concerns for both you and your pet, we do not allow owners to stay during grooming.  Typically your pets do better without you being there.  

On average your pet will be with us between 1-3 hours depending on what you are getting done.  One of our staff members will reach out to you as soon as we are done.  Can't come right away?  No problem,  your pet can stay with us for the day.
